Welcoming Andrew Palmer as our new CEO

I am thrilled to announce an exciting new chapter in SER’s journey. Andrew Palmer has officially stepped into the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Andrew brings with him a wealth of experience, a passion for innovation, and a deep commitment to the values that have made our company what it is today. I firmly believe that his leadership will guide us to new heights while continuing to uphold the standards of excellence you’ve come to expect from SER.

But that’s not all.
I want to take this opportunity to assure you that I will continue to play a role as SER’s Chairman. I remain the owner and with Andrew will ensure that our core values and customer-first approach remain firmly in place.

What does this mean for you?
In short nothing will change. It’s a changing of the guard at SER, however, is one that will not affect those dealing with us, as Andrew and co have already been running the business for the past five or six years anyway.

And being surrounded by fabulous people I have every confidence that more great days are ahead, and I am confident that this transition will only enhance your experience with us. As for me?
Well, I’m a Grandad now and plan on spending my time tutoring little Harvey on the history of the mighty North Sydney Bears and the joy of golf. Here’s to the future!
