SiCO APP v2 REDUCES MANAGED SERVICE AND EQUIPMENT FINANCE DEAL APPROVAL TIME

We’re pleased to announce that quicker managed service and equipment finance deal approval times are just around the corner on the back of upgrades to our SiCO App. This follows on from the launch of the SER Portal that allows clients to directly capture excess usage charges and sundry sales from clients.
SiCO App v2:
SiCO App v2 now includes a document generation feature which is enabled regardless of deal size. This new feature represents the next generation of online deal solution.
We understand that vendor margins are shrinking due to the commoditisation of many asset classes. To combat this, SER is continually seeking ways to simplify and reduce processes for both the sales person at the point of sale and SER. SiCO App v2 is the result of years of development and understanding how to help our vendor’s sales peoples in the field.
The SiCO App v2 document generation feature allows a sales person to:
- Enter the deal price, term, and look up the client’s ABN
- Enter equipment type from a drop down menu
- Enter the signatory’s name (or choose from a drop down menu if they are existing client)
This information is included on the agreement that is then emailed to the client and/or the sales person. Once the documents are generated, the sales person can also submit the deal for pre-approval.
Quicker Approval Times:
The overall benefit of the new feature is quicker approval times. As a sales person enters key data via the document generation facility, a file is created internally at SER. This ensures there is less data entry from S.E Rentals which greatly improves approval and processing time.
The next SiCO App upgrade being developed will take deal processing to an exciting new level. The next stage is automatic approvals. We are a few months away from this as it involves integration with external credit information providers and testing, but we’re excited by the possibilities and continuing to deliver real-world solutions.
