SER SURVEY: ON THE RIGHT PATH, BUT AREAS TO IMPROVE ON

A big thank you to everyone who completed our survey. The survey results confirmed that we are on the right path, but also indicate areas that we can improve on. The whole SER staff has welcomed the feedback, which validates their hard work, but are also using responses that highlighted some areas of improvement to challenge themselves and their teams to improve and continually raise the bar.
This was the first survey SER has conducted and we are already using your feedback to work on improving our offer to you. We look forward to repeating the process in the near future to track our progress and also look for more opportunities to improve. Some of our more pleasing results are below.
- Over 80% of respondents rated SER’s Level of Service for Approvals, Settlements, Payouts, Service Payments, and General Enquiries as Very Good or Excellent. (Question 2).
- Over 97% of respondents were Satisfied or Very Satisfied with SER (Question 5).
- 89% of respondents thought SER resolved their questions and concerns Very Well or Extremely Well. (Question 7).
We announced a $200 gift voucher as a prize to a lucky person who completed our survey. We were overcome by the response so decided to offer three $200 gift vouchers as a way of saying thank you. The winners below were drawn out of a hat by Robyn Emerson.
