Senid was admitted as a Solicitor of the NSW Supreme Court in February 2019 and worked as a Disputes, Legal & Collections officer for a number of years. Prior to working in commercial collections/disputes most of Senid’s experiences were with community based legal organisations/departments such as Cancer Council Pro Bono Program, Aboriginal Legal Service, Redfern Legal Centre and Marrickville Legal Centre.

Senid’s work at SER varies day to day however primarily involves handling legal and collections issues around escalated/disputed contracts as well as hardship matters. He is currently also managing the work flow for the collections team which continues to evolve, whilst remaining an escalation point for unresolved arrears that reach the later stage of their life.

He believes the review of disputed matters and the introduction of new processes, from a collections/legal point of view, helps us provide a world class vendor experience when it comes to policy compliance and making sure we are doing the right thing by all parties involved.
