Client Services & Office Manager
Robyn’s role as Client Services & Office Manager has evolved over time. Originally brought in as a customer service and collections specialist, Robyn was an intermediary between vendors and funders and assisted with vendor’s issues. Her role has grown to managing major programs for funders and helping customers by managing their requests with funders.
Robyn manages a team of 8 and is proving invaluable as SER undergoes major change, moving towards a funding role which entails implementing new software and procedures.
Robyn is an avid traveller and enjoys discovering new places. She is heavily involved, as a board member, with SER’s ChanCes Charity and loves to go and visit Uganda and the children we sponsor when possible.
