For over 20 years Robyn has enjoyed a variety of roles and responsibilities across the SER administration and Management landscape. These have included Office Manager, Client Services, Contract Management, Debt Collection, Legal, and led her to her current role as Collections Manager. This role is to ensure the required level of compliance, governance and best practices are continually met in effectively managing SER’s vendor finance portfolios.

Robyn ensures her team possess both the necessary skill set and essential level of experience to successfully manage and administer an existing portfolio of $200 million. This includes over 10,000 active accounts, along with the opportunity to work alongside nearly 100 vendors spread across Government, Corporate and SME sectors.

Working closely with both SER’s vendor and finance partners gives Robyn a unique insight and a deep understanding of the vendor’s perspective, whilst also meeting the administration requirements necessary in building, protecting, and maintaining successful vendor partnerships.

Robyn has been involved with SER’s ChanCes Charity. ChanCes has provided her with the opportunity to travel to Uganda and experience life in a third-world country. In observing how ChanCes continues to make a significant difference to the lives of vulnerable and underprivileged children has given her both a rich and rewarding personal experience.

On a personal level, Robyn enjoys a range of health and fitness activities. She has a passion for travel, and enjoys exploring new regions, experiencing different cultures and tasting different cuisines.
