Rishal joined SER in 2023, bringing with him over a decade of experience from the Australian Taxation Office. He later transitioned into commercial collections at Capital Finance and Angle Finance, gaining valuable industry knowledge that he now applies in his role at SER.

As part of the Collections team, Rishal is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with vendors and clients while ensuring accounts are paid promptly to our funders. His work plays a vital role in keeping our books clean and our arrears to a minimum — an essential part of SER’s continued success.

Rishal is known for his integrity and for taking full ownership of every task he undertakes. He enjoys working in a collaborative team where experience and support are always close at hand.

Outside of work, Rishal trains protection and guard dogs, follows the UFC closely, and is passionate about music — particularly the art of turntablism and mixing tracks. One day, he hopes to cage dive with Great White Sharks in South Australia and witness the calving glaciers in Alaska before they disappear.
