With the launch of SER’s new product Finance Oxygen just around the corner, we would like to advise you we have implemented some changes to the format of the communications we send you.
Keep an eye out for a new look!
Our Approval Notifications and Settlement Confirmations will look different and there are also some changes to how you receive these in your mailbox.
We will start sending these new look notifications starting early September.
If you have any queries relating to the new look and layout, please don’t hesitate to communicate these to your Account Manager and we will respond to you asap.
