Hello Andrew, the purpose of my e-mail (as the subject suggests) is to provide you POSITIVE feedback for one of your Staff namely, Robyn Emmerson!

Let me say that we have never had any issues when dealing with S.E. Rentals Staff. That said, you have one staff member who is exemplary in the manner in which she provides service to your clients, that being, Robyn Emmerson.

There’s an old saying: “under promise and over deliver”.  I’m certain Robyn is using this as her compass in her dealings with your clients. At least that’s how we’ve found her!

Now, let me explain the situation and why I believe Robyn deserves a commendation……
Mix ups abound with regard the transfer of title from ourselves to the purchaser of one part of our Practice.

Confusion with regard a change in ABN as well as, the change in name.
BUT……..
After a few calls, Robyn spoke to me and since then has provided EVERYTHING we need to enable the transfer to take place in a timely fashion. She continues to follow up our progress and provides advice as to the best way moving forward.

You certainly have someone working for you that, assuming she is cloneable, you would want a few more of!
