ROBYN EMMERSON.
For over 20 years, Robyn has enjoyed a variety of roles and responsibilities across the SER administration and management landscape. These have included Office Manager, Client Services, Contract Management, Debt Collection, and Legal, which led her to her current role as Collections Manager. In this role, Robyn ensures that the required level of compliance, governance, and best practices are continually met in effectively managing SER’s vendor finance portfolios.

STACEE PICONE. Senior Sales Support. Stacee is responsible for a range of duties, from approvals for new deals to submitting settlements. As well as fostering new business, she is also responsible for Deed of Assignments and liaising between funders, vendors and clients to ensure an efficient outcome for all parties.
